Management Coaching Method
Essensys delivers management coaches to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management teams or individual managers thanks to an adapted accompaniment.
An intake interview is set up with the mandating party (Board of Directors, CEO, Director…), to discuss the goal and approach of the coaching process. Parallel to this, the concerned manager informs the coach of his/her professional expertise and summarizes his/her own personal competences and limits. Based together on the aims and his own reflections, the Essensys coach elaborates then a tailored coaching program.
Our
management coaching method is similar to that of a sports coach: no ex-cathedra explanations, but an input based on practical hands-on experience with direct feedback, completed with modern management techniques and perspectives.
The coaching programme usually consists of a series of one-to-one coaching sessions of 2 to maximum 4 hours. During these sessions, the Essensys coach generates an atmosphere of trust between the manager and the coach. Also, while conversing, they are practicing self-assessment, cognitive approaches, solutions oriented works and competences development.
This allows the manager not only to learn the basic skills, but also how to apply these on certain situations in his/her daily work environment, with the support of the coach.
Before the last one-to-one coaching session, the Essensys coach organizes a meeting with the mandating party.
