Context
The Health Care sector in Belgium, especially in Flanders, was subject to an enormous boost of professionalism over the past decade, and more is yet to come! As it has become common practice in the Global Industry, also most of the major hospitals have entered into some form of merger or acquisition leading to the formation of very large hospital groups with often over 4000 employees and turnovers of hundreds of millions Euros. A constant strive towards improvement of efficiency, quality and effectiveness has resulted in much stronger financial results than ever before. This allows for increased budgets for Research & Development.
The Health Care sector needs Senior Managers to initiate, lead and support all these developments.
