Martine Croisiau
Martine Croisiau joined the Essensys team in August 2006 as Senior Recruiter. She interviews all new candidates interested in temporary assignments.
From 1996 to 2006, Martine Croisiau worked at CBHK. As HR Director, she was in charge of developing all aspects of the HR policies such as compensation & benefits, remunerations, function analysis, internal procedures, job evaluations, labour relations, outplacements, team management, recruitment and selection, social plans, trainings, etc…
Prior to this Martine Croisiau spent 10 years as Executive Manager in the same financial institute, in charge of several departments. She was successively Head of Credit Department, Claims auditor and finally Head of Claims and ‘Special cases’.
Martine Croisiau is Master of Law of the University of Louvain (UCL), specialized in Social Law and Management.
She shares her time giving Management Courses and Coaching to middle and top management.
She is also a member of the Labour Court of Justice in Brussels.
