Peggy Van Sumere
Peggy Van Sumere joined Essensys as Senior Adviser in January 2006. Her areas of focus include amongst others Humans Resources, Finance and Sales & Marketing. She advises clients in finding the right management solution when facing situations where there is room for improvement, new areas of growth or simply ensuring continuity in a company.
She can fall back on her coaching capabilities which she developed during the 5,5 years she spent as a Sales Director with Ernst & Young. As team coach she helped initiate and implement a true sales culture in this professional services firm.
Until 1999 Peggy Van Sumere was for 5,5 years Regional Manager with the Executive Search Firm Fontaine- Archer- VandeVoorde (presently Robert Half Int.) where as a consecutive European sales award winner she successfully built up an international team of financial recruitment consultants and developed an international portfolio of blue chip companies. Prior to that, she was active for 4 years in the banking sector, mainly in commercial positions.
Peggy Van Sumere holds a Master of Arts in Germanic Philology from the University of Ghent complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Stock Market & Finance and a Master Class in B2B Marketing from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
