Koenraad De Bruyne

Koenraad De Bruyne started his career in the oil company BP where he had several downstream management roles in sales, marketing and operations on the European level.

In 1998, he joined Kuwait Petroleum and integrated the Belgian BP and ARAL retail networks into the Q8 network. After this successful merger, he embarked as general manager handling on a synergy project in the Aviapartner Handling Division for the 32 EU airports and succeeded in fast and exponential profitable growth. At Flightcare, the Spanish company that acquired the handling activities of the bankrupt airline SABENA, he initially restored the confidence and the customer base and then realised the expansion to other airports.

In 2006, Koenraad became Interim Manager and performed several assignments as COO and General Manager both local and international. Before joining Essensys he was Retail Director in Saudi Arabia for a network of petrol stations.
